In the year 2020, I decided to work on my own. I moved from Abu Dhabi the capital in UAE, to Dubai, and opened my first business for a small catering company, working in many concepts of food.

At the age of 23, I became Area Chef in Baguette Catering, managing 70 employees and assisting them with a smooth teamwork for 6 years .

Arrived at UAE - Abu Dhabi as a 20-year-old with $100, a box of memories, and a bag of clothes. From there, I began my new journey as a chef in charge of the Alajami group.

At the age of 17, I became a Demi Chef and joined a Luminous group with a kitchen staff that included the best chefs in Jordan

Transferring to Regency Palace - Amman, as a 16-year-old, I began my classical training as a commis under chef Ahmad, chef Maher, and chef Mahmoud, I was honored to be described as “my little chef” by chef Maher.

After finishing High School in Amman - Jordan, I decided to study and train as a chef at VTC. I began my training at Kempinski Hotel - Amman.
